The biggest number is your opening inventory order. Everything else depends on how much of the operation you want us to run. Here's how the money usually breaks down.
Your opening order
| Package | Minimum order | What's included |
|---|---|---|
| Brand Starter | $10,000 | Labeled product, batch COAs, wholesale reorder pricing |
| Turnkey Store | $20,000 | Everything above + store build, storage, packing, shipping workflows, payment-application help |
| Growth Partner | $50,000 | Everything above + advertising strategy, creative and ongoing growth planning |
Your opening order buys stock you'll go on to sell. There's no separate service invoice — our support is priced into the per-unit cost. Sign during the fall launch special and the onboarding fee is waived.
Costs that stay with you
- Business formation. LLC or corporation filing, EIN, business bank account, and any local licenses.
- Domain and email. Your brand's domain name and business email.
- Payment processing fees. Processors that serve this category typically charge higher rates and may hold a reserve. Terms are set by the processor.
- Advertising spend. Ad budgets are always paid directly by you, including on Growth Partner.
- Shipping charges. Postage and packaging per order, confirmed during your consultation.
- Insurance and professional advice. Product liability coverage and review by your own attorney or accountant are strongly recommended.
- Reorders. Restocking inventory as you sell, at wholesale pricing.
Planning your budget
A simple way to plan: set aside your opening order, plus working capital for at least your first two to three months of advertising and operating costs. Brands that launch with no marketing budget usually stall, no matter how good the product is.
Every brand's numbers are different, so we quote yours individually. You'll have per-unit pricing and fulfillment costs in writing before a single dollar changes hands.
Want a quote for your brand?
First orders start at $10,000 (Brand Starter) and $20,000 (Turnkey Store). You approve a written quote before anything is purchased.
